Return Policy

1. Booking Amount: This is the token amount you pay to book a rental. This would be adjusted against the rental amount on booking confirmation. The booking amount is fully redeemable or refundable without any deductions, regardless of whether the booking is confirmed or not.

 

2. Security Deposit: The security deposit collected is paid at the start of the rental and is 100% refundable upon successful completion of the rental tenure, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received, without any damages or issues.

 

3. Rental Amount: The rental amount is paid as you use the vehicle on a monthly basis. Once paid, it is non-refundable, and covers the agreed-upon rental period. Any deviations will be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the rental agreement.

4. Replacement Policy:
- If you encounter any issues with the vehicle, please notify us via chat, call, or email. Our experts will examine the vehicle and if needed EZY will replace the vehicle.
